Here’s some nice photos of SEGA Japan’s own OutRun Deluxe cabinet.
This was pulled out of the Warehouse to be used as a reference and to record the machine cabinet sounds for the 3DS conversion. It’s an option on the 3DS version to have ‘cabinet sounds on’ when playing the game.
Wouldn’t it be awesome to own a Deluxe cabinet in this condition 🙂

So I’ve updated my original LEGO OutRun Deluxe to include the real arcade machine game too.
The game is totally playable using an icade mobile controller.

Last week I came across some new pictures of Organic’s ‘to be released SEGA classic arcade machine models of OutRun Afterburner, Hang-on, Space Harrier and Thunderblade that I covered previously on the Merchandise Page of this Blog.
Below shows the pre-painted models
and…some new pics of OutRun Deluxe. From translating the Japanese text it looks like these models are movable.
Will they ever be released, well I pre-ordered these from the States back in August 2008….it’s looking unlikely 😦
Go to the ‘Custom OutRun‘ page and check out the story and more photos of this OutRun Deluxe machine below.
